Georgetown Party Bus and Charter Bus Rentals
Roundrockpartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a transportation company. It connects group trip planners in Georgetown, Round Rock, and across Williamson County with a network of independently owned bus companies competing for their business. Fill out one form and instantly see different vehicle types, packages, and price ranges side by side.
No account required. No waiting on callbacks from a dozen companies. No obligation to book.
The whole point of this site is to make finding the right bus fast and simple. Georgetown sits at the northern edge of the Austin metro, right where SH-130 meets I-35, and getting a large group across that corridor — to a Moody Center concert, a Dell Diamond game in Round Rock, or Austin-Bergstrom International — means navigating some of the most congested roads in Central Texas. Roundrockpartybuscompany.com makes finding transportation for that trip the easiest part of your planning. Call 737-243-1670 any time or use the online quote tool to see options in seconds!

Choose the Georgetown Bus Amenities You Need
Not every Georgetown group trip calls for the same vehicle. A 15- to 20-passenger party bus is the right call for a bachelorette night kicking off at the Williamson County Courthouse Square — color-changing LED lighting, a built-in sound system with Bluetooth, and wraparound perimeter seating included. A 15- to 35-passenger minibus is a better fit for corporate shuttles between Georgetown's Wolf Ranch Town Center and downtown Austin office campuses, offering reclining seats and climate control without the party-bus footprint.
For large group travel down to Circuit of the Americas or a multi-day conference at the Austin Convention Center, a 56-passenger charter bus adds undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms so nobody is asking for a pit stop before you hit the toll plaza on SH-130. Call 737-243-1670 to find the vehicle that fits your trip.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 737-243-1670 before booking.

Georgetown party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, the day of the week, how many hours you need, and how far out you're booking. A full-size charter bus for a day trip down to Austin generally falls in the $1,350–$2,850 per-day range.
Those are planning ranges — actual pricing moves with the specific date, vehicle, and itinerary.

Why Groups in Georgetown Compare Before They Book
Here's the honest pitch: Roundrockpartybuscompany.com is not a bus company, and that's genuinely great news for you. Because it doesn't own a single vehicle, you're never limited to one fleet's availability on your date. Instead, the site surfaces options from a network of transportation providers serving Georgetown and Williamson County, so you see multiple vehicles, price points, and package types the moment you fill out a form — instead of calling five companies, repeating your trip details each time, and waiting days for quotes that don't line up.
Georgetown is a fast-growing city with a busy event calendar — from Georgetown Red Poppy Festival crowds shutting down the Square each April to Southwestern University graduation weekend filling every hotel in the city. When demand spikes, having access to a broad network means you're not stuck with whatever one company happens to have left. Compare options from a wide network, find what fits your group and your budget, and get your trip locked in.
Call 737-243-1670 any time — the quote tool is available every day of the year, and so is the phone line.
Group Transportation Services for Georgetown Events
From airport transfers and game-day shuttles to wedding transportation, bachelorette nights, prom, concert rides, and corporate shuttles — whatever brings your group together in Georgetown, there's a vehicle in the network ready for it. Call 737-243-1670 to see what's available on your date!

Georgetown Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Georgetown sits roughly 36 miles north of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) (3600 Presidential Blvd, Austin, TX 78719), and the drive down I-35 South or SH-130 South can stretch well past an hour during peak Austin rush hours — especially on Friday afternoons when outbound traffic stacks up past Pflugerville. Coordinating multiple cars from a Georgetown hotel block to a 6:00 AM departure means someone inevitably arrives late, short-parks in a busy departure lane, and pays daily garage rates that add up fast for a multi-day trip.
A Georgetown airport shuttle bus keeps the whole group on one departure timeline. For large groups like corporate teams or family reunions, a charter bus handles all the luggage in the undercarriage bays — no Tetris-ing bags into SUVs. Once you land at AUS, have the group assemble at the baggage claim level before calling for pickup, since the AUS ground transportation area moves quickly.
Call 737-243-1670 to find airport shuttle options for your Georgetown group!

Georgetown Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Georgetown's historic downtown Square has become one of the better bar-crawl destinations in Williamson County — with spots like The Hollow (117 W 8th St), Latte Da Coffee Wine & Beer (816 S Austin Ave), and Mesquite Creek Outfitters nearby, the walkable courthouse Square block is a solid first stop. From there, most bachelorette groups head south toward Austin's Rainey Street Historic District or East 6th Street for the late-night portion of the evening.
That Georgetown-to-Austin-and-back routing is exactly where a party bus earns its keep. Rather than splitting a group of 15 into three rideshares and hoping everyone ends up at the same bar, a 20- or 25-passenger party bus keeps the whole group together from the first Georgetown stop to the last Austin call. The bachelor and bachelorette party bus page covers more options.
Call 737-243-1670 — weekend dates for the Austin corridor book out fast.

Georgetown Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Georgetown and the surrounding Williamson County area have a strong tradition of milestone celebration events, and a party bus arrival at the venue is one of the most memorable parts of the night. A 15- to 25-passenger party bus fits most Sweet 16 and quinceañera groups heading to event halls in Georgetown, Round Rock, or Cedar Park — many of which are within a 20-minute radius of the Georgetown Square. LED lighting, premium sound with Bluetooth, and perimeter seating are standard on most party buses in the network.
For adult milestone birthdays, a night that starts at Georgetown's Square and ends at a Rainey Street rooftop bar in Austin is a natural fit for the same vehicle. The birthday party bus rental page covers vehicle options and sizing. Call 737-243-1670 or use the quote tool to check availability on your date — weekend evenings in the Spring and Fall book out weeks ahead of time.

Georgetown Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Most major concerts serving Georgetown's audience happen down in Austin — at Moody Center (2001 Robert Dedman Dr, Austin, TX 78712) on the UT campus, at Circuit of the Americas for the Velocity Global Music Festival and Mala Luna, or at venues along Red River Street in the Sixth Street Entertainment District. Getting there from Georgetown on a concert night means fighting I-35 southbound through Round Rock and North Austin, then hunting for parking near a venue where surface lots fill up 90 minutes before doors and garage rates spike to $30–$40 on major show nights.
A Georgetown concert bus rental removes the whole problem. Your group loads up in Georgetown, arrives together, and the bus handles the post-show pickup while everyone else is crowding the Lyft app at the same time. For Moody Center shows specifically, bus drop-off access and parking details are covered on the Moody Center group transportation guide.
Call 737-243-1670 to find concert bus options!

Georgetown Corporate Event Transportation
Georgetown's corporate corridor has grown significantly along Williams Drive and Wolf Ranch Parkway, and companies here regularly shuttle employees and clients between North Williamson County and downtown Austin offices, the Austin Convention Center (500 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78701), or the Domain's tech campus cluster. A round trip from Georgetown to the Domain on a standard Tuesday involves roughly 45 minutes each way — on a Monday after a weekend conference, it can push 75 minutes on I-35.
A Georgetown corporate charter bus rental consolidates the commute. A 15- to 35-passenger minibus works well for executive team transfers with its reclining seats and climate control, while a full 56-passenger charter bus handles larger all-hands events where parking at the destination is simply not practical. For recurring employee shuttle contracts, call 737-243-1670 to discuss scheduling options.
The corporate event transportation page has more detail on available packages.

Georgetown Private Event Transportation Services
Georgetown's Red Poppy Festival each April draws tens of thousands of visitors to the historic downtown Square over a single weekend, bringing parking in the core downtown blocks to a complete standstill and turning Austin Avenue into a crawl. If your private event — a family reunion, a corporate outing, a church group gathering — falls on Red Poppy weekend, plan on zero street parking within four blocks of the Square and rideshare surge pricing both directions.
A private charter bus or party bus for your Georgetown group sidesteps all of it. The bus loads from a staging area outside the congestion zone and drops your group curbside, then holds nearby rather than circling downtown Georgetown looking for a spot that doesn't exist. For private events at Georgetown venues like Two Step Inn or the Georgetown Palace Theatre, the same logic applies on any busy Saturday.
Call 737-243-1670 to find the right vehicle for your private event date.

Georgetown Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Georgetown ISD's Georgetown High School and East View High School both hold prom during the April–May window, and demand for party buses across Williamson County spikes hard during those six weeks. Venues like the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center (1101 Woodlawn Ave, Georgetown, TX 78628) and event halls in Round Rock draw prom groups from across the district, and buses that are available in March can be completely sold out by the time April arrives.
For prom: book in January or February. Waiting until spring break to look almost always means paying a premium for whatever's left — or finding nothing in the right size. The prom party bus page has more guidance on timing and vehicle sizing.
Call 737-243-1670 now to lock in your date before the availability window closes.

Georgetown School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Georgetown ISD and nearby Southwestern University run field trips year-round to Central Texas destinations — the Texas State Capitol (1100 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78701), the Bullock Texas State History Museum (1800 Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78701), Natural Bridge Caverns (26495 Natural Bridge Caverns Rd, San Antonio, TX 78266), and the Texas Science & Natural History Museum at UT. Getting a class-size group of 30–50 students from Georgetown down to the Capitol district means either a convoy of parent vehicles navigating downtown Austin parking — which has essentially no free spaces near the Capitol on a weekday — or one well-sized charter bus that handles the whole group.
Charter buses available through the network include overhead storage for backpacks and lunchboxes, onboard restrooms on select vehicles, and climate control that matters a great deal on a May field trip in Central Texas heat. ADA-accessible vehicles are available — just mention it when requesting your quote. Call 737-243-1670 to find school trip transportation for your Georgetown group!

Georgetown Sporting Event Transportation
Georgetown sports fans have strong options within a 30-minute drive. The Dell Diamond (3400 E Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78665), home of the Round Rock Express, is about 20 minutes south on I-35. Q2 Stadium (10414 McKalla Pl, Austin, TX 78757), home of Austin FC, is roughly 40 minutes south — but on match nights the I-35 southbound approach through North Austin stacks up well before kickoff, and parking near McKalla is limited enough that Q2 Stadium's own guidance pushes fans toward transit and rideshare.
A Georgetown charter bus rental to Q2 Stadium means your group arrives together and avoids the post-match wait where thousands of fans are trying to hail the same rideshares from a narrow stretch of McKalla Place.
For University of Texas home games at DKR–Texas Memorial Stadium, a Georgetown-to-Austin charter bus is practically mandatory for a group — campus parking for non-permit holders on game days is minimal, and the walk from the nearest open lots can run 20+ minutes. Call 737-243-1670 to find game-day transportation from Georgetown!

Georgetown Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Georgetown is one of the most sought-after wedding destinations in Central Texas, with venues like Emerald Point on Lake Georgetown, the Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center (1101 Woodlawn Ave), Wildflower Country Club (4001 County Road 175), and the Belfry on 7th Street drawing wedding weekends year-round. The challenge for most Georgetown weddings is the hotel-to-venue leg: most guests staying in Round Rock or North Austin need to travel 20–35 minutes each way, and asking them to arrange their own rides after a reception that ends at 10 PM is a coordination headache nobody wants.
A Georgetown wedding shuttle bus handles it cleanly — a timed loop between the hotel block and the venue, with a final return run after the reception ends. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is a classic bridal party vehicle for the ceremony-day timeline. The wedding transportation page covers all the vehicle options in detail.
Call 737-243-1670 to find Georgetown wedding shuttle availability on your date!

Georgetown Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Texas Hill Country wine corridor — centered around Fredericksburg and the US-290 wine road — starts about 90 minutes southwest of Georgetown, but there's no reason to go that far for a solid wine tour. Wineries like Flat Creek Estate (24912 Singleton Bend E, Marble Falls, TX 78654) and Treaty Oak Distilling (16604 Fitzhugh Rd, Austin, TX 78736) are within a 45-to-60-minute drive, and the Georgetown Square itself has walkable wine and beer stops for a locally focused crawl. For groups determined to hit the Fredericksburg wine trail, the drive on US-183 South to TX-71 West runs right through some of the most scenic roads in Central Texas — and also some of the narrowest two-lane stretches where a large group split across four cars is nobody's idea of a relaxing trip.
A Georgetown winery tour bus rental keeps the group together from the first pour to the last. Call 737-243-1670 to find minibus or party bus options for your Hill Country route!

Frequently Asked Questions About Georgetown Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Roundrockpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Roundrockpartybuscompany.com?
Roundrockpartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison and referral website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company and does not provide transportation directly. It makes it easy to compare party buses, charter buses, minibuses, Sprinter vans, and Sprinter limos from a network of independently owned transportation providers serving Georgetown and the greater Austin metro — all from one quick form or one phone call to 737-243-1670.
How does Roundrockpartybuscompany.com work?

No account required, no obligation to book, and the whole process takes about a minute.
How much does a party bus cost in Georgetown?
Georgetown party bus rental prices vary based on vehicle type, the date, and how many hours you need. As a general planning range: a minibus typically runs $200–$275 per hour on weekends, a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $275–$375 per hour on weekends, and a full-size charter bus for a day trip to Austin runs $1,350–$2,850. Those are ranges — the exact pricing for your specific trip comes from calling 737-243-1670 or using the online quote tool.
You could have pricing in under a minute.
How far is Georgetown from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport?
Georgetown is approximately 36 miles north of AUS, which works out to 40–65 minutes depending on the time of day and whether I-35 or SH-130 is running freely. Friday afternoon departures and Sunday evening arrivals are the worst windows — both directions stack up through the North Austin corridor. A bus or Sprinter van from Georgetown to AUS keeps your group on one departure time and handles luggage in a single vehicle rather than splitting across multiple cars and dealing with separate drop-off logistics at the departures curb.
When is the busiest time to book party buses in Georgetown?
Prom season (April–May) is the single tightest window for Williamson County party bus availability. Georgetown ISD proms, Cedar Park, and Leander high school events all fall within the same six-week stretch, and the network gets thin fast. Georgetown's Red Poppy Festival weekend in mid-April also spikes demand for private event and bar-crawl buses.
For any event in that window, booking in January or February is strongly advised. Outside of spring, Southwestern University's graduation weekend in May and University of Texas football Saturdays from September through November are the next most competitive dates.
Can a charter bus get into Georgetown's historic downtown Square area?
Yes, but with some planning. Austin Avenue and the streets immediately surrounding the Williamson County Courthouse are accessible to charter buses, though the Square itself is a tight turn for a 45-foot motorcoach on busy weekend nights. A 15- to 35-passenger minibus is a more practical fit for bar-crawl or event drop-off directly on the Square, since it has better maneuverability on the one-way block pattern.
For Red Poppy Festival and other high-traffic weekend events, coordinate a specific drop-off and pickup point in advance — trying to improvise a large vehicle pickup on the Square at 11 PM on a festival Saturday will cost you time.
What venues near Georgetown require advance bus parking coordination?
Lake Georgetown and Emerald Point venues typically require advance coordination for oversized vehicles — the approach roads off Jim Hogg Road are two-lane and parking for charter buses is not a given without prior confirmation. Kalahari Resorts in Round Rock (3001 Kalahari Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78665) — a popular Georgetown group destination — has a designated oversized vehicle area; the Kalahari Round Rock group transportation guide covers the approach in detail. For any Georgetown-area event venue, it's worth a quick call to confirm bus staging before your group arrives.
Mentioning your vehicle size when you request a quote through 737-243-1670 helps surface providers familiar with the specific location.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Georgetown events outside peak windows, two to four weeks of lead time is workable — but the earlier you book, the more options and better pricing you'll see. For prom (April–May), book by February. For Red Poppy Festival weekend, book 6–8 weeks out.
For summer weekends and UT football Saturdays, 4–6 weeks is a safe buffer. Availability and pricing both improve the farther out you book, and calling 737-243-1670 early costs you nothing — the quote is free and there's no obligation.
Popular Georgetown Party Bus Destinations
Georgetown has its own strong lineup of destinations worth a group outing — plus easy access to Round Rock, Cedar Park, and Austin. Here are six places Georgetown groups head most often, with the logistics that matter for each one.

Georgetown Square & Williamson County Courthouse
The historic downtown Georgetown Square anchors one of the best-preserved courthouse squares in Texas, with the 1911 Williamson County Courthouse at its center. On a Friday or Saturday night, the Square's bars and restaurants — including The Hollow and several wine-forward spots along Austin Avenue — fill up quickly, and street parking within two blocks disappears by 7 PM. A minibus drops your group at the Austin Avenue curb and stages nearby, which beats circling the Square looking for a spot that went at 6:45.
During Red Poppy Festival weekend in April, do not count on any street parking at all — treat curbside bus drop-off as mandatory, not optional, and build a specific pickup time into your plan. Address: Williamson County Courthouse, 710 S Main St, Georgetown, TX 78626.

Dell Diamond — Round Rock Express
Dell Diamond is a 30-minute drive south of Georgetown on I-35 and one of the top minor league ballparks in the country, drawing strong crowds for Round Rock Express games from April through September. Parking at Dell Diamond is straightforward by Austin-area standards — large lots surround the stadium — but for a Georgetown group of 20 or more, arriving in a single bus and staging in the oversized vehicle area beats coordinating a five-car caravan and parking across two different lots. Post-game traffic on E Palm Valley Boulevard backs up on weekend nights as the lots empty simultaneously.
The Dell Diamond group transportation guide covers the approach and drop-off in detail. Address: 3400 E Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78665. Phone: (512) 255-2255.

Kalahari Resorts Round Rock
Kalahari Resorts is the largest indoor waterpark in the United States, and it sits just 20 minutes south of Georgetown on I-35 in Round Rock. For school groups, birthday parties, and family reunions coming from Georgetown, the challenge isn't finding Kalahari — it's staging a bus in a resort complex designed primarily for personal vehicles. Kalahari does have an area for oversized vehicles, and the Kalahari Round Rock bus rental guide breaks down the specific approach.
A charter bus is especially practical here since the group can load all their gear — towels, bags, change of clothes — into the undercarriage bays rather than hauling it through multiple cars. Weekend dates and summer holiday Fridays book out fast. Address: 3001 Kalahari Blvd, Round Rock, TX 78665.
Phone: (512) 651-1000.

Southwestern University
Southwestern University — Texas's oldest university, founded in 1840 — sits right in Georgetown and hosts a busy event calendar year-round: graduation weekend in May, homecoming in the fall, theater productions at the Jones Theater, and academic conferences that draw groups from across Central Texas. Graduation weekend in particular competes heavily with prom season for bus availability across Williamson County, and hotel capacity in Georgetown fills up fast. A shuttle loop between Georgetown hotels and the Southwestern campus is a straightforward run that a 15-passenger minibus handles cleanly.
If your group is arriving from out of town through AUS, a charter bus from the airport directly to Georgetown makes the arrival seamless. Address: 1001 E University Ave, Georgetown, TX 78626. Phone: (512) 863-6511.

Inner Space Cavern
Inner Space Cavern sits right off I-35 at the Georgetown exit — one of the most accessible show caves in Texas and a popular field trip destination for schools across Williamson County and beyond. The cavern entrance is at 4200 S I-35 Frontage Rd, with parking in a surface lot that accommodates buses. For school groups making the trip from Georgetown ISD campuses, the drive is under 10 minutes, making it one of the easiest charter bus field trip runs in the county.
The cavern offers guided tours at timed intervals, so coordinating your bus arrival 15–20 minutes before your reserved tour time is worth building into the plan. Capacity per tour group is limited, so larger school groups typically need to split across multiple tour slots. Address: 4200 S I-35 Frontage Rd, Georgetown, TX 78626.
Phone: (512) 931-2283.

Circuit of the Americas
Circuit of the Americas (9201 Circuit of the Americas Blvd, Austin, TX 78617) sits about 55 miles south of Georgetown — roughly an hour on SH-130 South without traffic — and hosts the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix each October, the MotoGP Red Bull Grand Prix of the Americas, Velocity Global Music Festival, and Mala Luna Music Festival. On F1 weekend, SH-130 and TX-71 approaching COTA back up for miles in the final two hours before the race, and the sprawling venue requires a significant walk from many of the general lots. COTA's charter bus and commercial vehicle approach and drop-off details are covered in the COTA group transportation guide.
For Georgetown groups heading to any COTA event, book well in advance — F1 weekend buses from the Austin metro area sell out months ahead. Address: 9201 Circuit of the Americas Blvd, Austin, TX 78617. Phone: (512) 301-6600.
