Where Waco Compares Party Bus Rentals
Roundrockpartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. It's a quote-comparison website — and that distinction is great news for you. Instead of calling transportation companies one at a time, describing your trip over and over, and waiting on callbacks, you fill out one quick form and instantly see different vehicle options and rates from providers serving the Waco area.
No account required. No obligation. Pricing in under a minute.
The network includes every vehicle type you'd need for a Waco group trip — from a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a bridal party pickup to a 56-passenger charter bus for a Baylor graduation weekend. Because Roundrockpartybuscompany.com isn't tied to a single fleet, you're never stuck with whatever one company happens to have available. You see options side by side and find what actually fits.
Call 737-243-1670 any time — a support team is available every day of the year to walk through the options with you.

Common Waco Party Bus and Charter Bus Amenities
Not every Waco group trip calls for the same setup. A 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes with a full-length bar area, color-changing LED lighting, a premium Bluetooth sound system, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating — a natural fit for bachelorette nights through the Silo District or birthday runs along Franklin Avenue. A minibus is the practical pick for corporate shuttles between downtown Waco hotels and the Waco Convention Center, with reclining seats and powerful climate control that earns its keep in Central Texas summers.
For Baylor graduation weekends or large church retreats heading to camp, a 56-passenger charter bus brings undercarriage storage bays and onboard restrooms so the group doesn't need to stop. Amenities vary by vehicle — the quote tool lets you compare what's actually on board.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders

Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 737-243-1670 before booking.
See Waco Party Bus Rental Prices
Waco party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, your specific dates, and how many hours you need. As a general planning range: a minibus typically runs $200–$275/hour, while a 25-passenger party bus runs roughly $250–$375/hour depending on the day. A full charter bus generally lands between $200–$350/hour.
These are planning ranges, not quotes — the actual number moves with the date, the vehicle, the hours, and demand around Baylor home games or graduation weekend. The fastest way to see what your specific trip actually costs is to call 737-243-1670 or use the online form. You could have pricing in under a minute.
Check the party bus prices page for more detail on what affects rates.

Compare & Find the Right Party Bus in Waco
The short answer: you're not limited to one fleet, and you never have to call around. Roundrockpartybuscompany.com pulls options from a wide network of providers serving Waco and McLennan County — which means more vehicle types, more date availability, and more price points than any single local company can offer. You fill out one form or make one call, and the options come to you.
For Waco specifically, that matters. Baylor home football Saturdays at McLane Stadium compress every rideshare, parking lot, and rental window in town simultaneously. Graduation weekends in May do the same.
When you compare buses through the network rather than hunting down individual companies, you find availability that's already gone by the time most groups start looking. The earlier you get a quote, the better your vehicle selection and rate. Call 737-243-1670 — no account needed, no obligation, just pricing for your actual trip.
Party Bus Services in Waco
Whether you're moving a wedding party across downtown, shuttling employees to a corporate event, or loading up a group for a Baylor game, Roundrockpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to find the right bus for any occasion in Waco. Here's a look at what the network covers.

Waco Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Waco Regional Airport (ACT) (100 Airport Dr, Waco, TX 76705) is a small regional facility served by American Airlines with connecting flights through Dallas-Fort Worth. For larger groups flying in and out of DFW or Austin-Bergstrom International (AUS) — which both see heavy Waco traffic around Baylor graduation and home football weekends — coordinating a dozen separate rideshares from the terminal is the kind of logistics nightmare a single charter bus eliminates entirely. A 40–56 passenger charter bus can stage curbside, load the full group at once, and head straight down I-35 to Waco without anyone waiting on a surge-priced app.
For smaller executive groups coming into ACT, a Sprinter van is a clean, direct fit. Call 737-243-1670 to set up your Waco airport shuttle — one call handles the whole itinerary.

Waco Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Waco's Silo District — anchored by Magnolia Market at the Silos (601 Webster Ave, Waco, TX 76706) — draws enormous visitor traffic on weekends, and the surrounding area along Webster Avenue and Bosque Boulevard has built up a solid bar and restaurant scene alongside it. A Waco bachelorette party bus working through downtown hits Dichotomy Coffee & Spirits (508 Austin Ave), The Backyard Bar Stage & Grill (5765 Steinbeck Bend Dr), and Indian Spring Bar & Grill without anyone making the call about who drives home. The night runs on your schedule, not the rideshare app's.
For groups that want to cover more ground — dinner at Balcones Distilling (225 S 11th St, Waco, TX 76701) for a whiskey tasting, then downtown for the late-night stretch — a 20- to 25-passenger party bus with LED lighting and Bluetooth sound keeps the energy building from the first stop to the last. Call 737-243-1670 to lock in your date.

Waco Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Waco has a growing event venue scene that handles milestone celebrations at a high level — spaces like The Phoenix Ballroom (701 S 8th St, Waco, TX 76706), The 1927 Ballroom (1927 Columbus Ave, Waco, TX 76701), and Magnolia Venue (2601 W Waco Dr, Waco, TX 76705) are popular reception choices for quinceañeras and Sweet 16s. A Waco birthday party bus rental that picks up guests from scattered neighborhoods, delivers them to the venue entrance, and returns them home afterward takes the transportation piece completely off the parents' plate. For adult milestone birthdays — a 30th or 40th working the downtown Austin Avenue corridor — a 25-passenger party bus with onboard amenities makes the night its own event, not just a prologue to wherever you're going.
Compare vehicles and availability at 737-243-1670.

Waco Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Extraco Events Center (4601 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710) is Waco's primary indoor arena for touring concerts and major events, and parking on Bosque Boulevard during a sold-out show means arriving 45 minutes early just to find a space — then repeating the process when 8,000 people try to exit at once. A Waco concert bus rental drops your group at the entrance and stages nearby, so the post-show scramble is already solved before the first song. The Waco Hippodrome (724 Austin Ave, Waco, TX 76701) in downtown brings smaller touring acts into a historic venue with virtually no dedicated parking on Austin Avenue — a party bus working the nearby side streets is a far simpler approach than hunting for meters.
For outdoor festivals at Cameron Park or along the Brazos Riverfront, a minibus keeps the group together from pregame tailgate through the final set.

Waco Corporate Event Transportation
The Waco Convention Center (100 Washington Ave, Waco, TX 76701) sits right on the Brazos River downtown, and while the location is scenic, the parking reality for a 200-person conference is that most attendees are hunting for meters or paying $10–$15 in nearby garages. A charter bus shuttle circuit between the convention center and the cluster of hotels along I-35 — Hilton Waco, Marriott, Embassy Suites — takes parking entirely off the agenda. Baylor University is a consistent draw for corporate conferences, commencement receptions, and alumni events, and the campus footprint means a minibus shuttling between the Bill Daniel Student Center and off-campus hotels is often the cleanest move.
For employee shuttles, team-building days, or multi-day conference logistics, the Waco corporate transportation options through the network scale from a 15-passenger Sprinter to a full motorcoach fleet. Call 737-243-1670 to discuss group rates.

Waco Private Event Transportation Services
Baylor graduation weekends in May are the single biggest transportation crunch the Waco market sees. The Ferrell Center (1900 S University Parks Dr, Waco, TX 76706) hosts commencement ceremonies, and the entire I-35 corridor through Waco backs up as families converge from Dallas, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio simultaneously. Parking near campus fills hours before ceremonies begin, and rideshare wait times spike to 45–60 minutes post-ceremony.
A Waco private charter bus keeps your family group together, drops directly at the Ferrell Center, and has a confirmed pickup window — no competing with thousands of other families refreshing rideshare apps. For family reunions hitting Cameron Park, the Waco Mammoth National Monument, and a Brazos Riverfront dinner in a single day, a charter bus is the only way to keep 30 or 40 people on the same schedule. Book graduation weekend buses at least 4–5 months out — supply goes fast.

Waco Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Waco ISD, Midway ISD, La Vega ISD, and the other McLennan County high schools all cluster their proms into a narrow April–May window, and demand for party buses peaks hard across that 6-week stretch. For prom in Waco: book by January. Waiting until March or April means paying significantly more or finding the vehicle you wanted is gone.
A Waco prom party bus keeps the group together from pre-prom photos through the last drop-off, with the amenities — lights, sound, climate control — that make the ride itself part of the memory. Homecoming season in September and October runs a close second for demand, especially around Baylor's homecoming weekend when every vehicle type in the Waco market gets booked. The earlier the call to 737-243-1670, the better the rate and the vehicle selection.

Waco School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Waco is genuinely one of the better field trip cities in Texas — the Mayborn Museum Complex (1300 S University Parks Dr, Waco, TX 76706) on the Baylor campus draws school groups from across Central Texas, and the Waco Mammoth National Monument (6220 Steinbeck Bend Dr, Waco, TX 76708) — a National Park Service site with real Columbian mammoth fossils — is a natural science field trip that's hard to replicate anywhere else in the region. A Waco school bus rental through the network handles both a comfortable ride and the logistics of moving 40+ students without relying on parent carpools. Charter buses for school groups include overhead storage, TV screens, and onboard restrooms for longer hauls — a significant comfort upgrade that keeps the focus on the field trip, not the drive.
ADA-accessible vehicles are available; mention it when you request a quote at 737-243-1670.

Waco Sporting Event Transportation
McLane Stadium (1001 S Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Waco, TX 76704) sits right along the Brazos River, and the approach roads — MLK Boulevard and University Parks Drive — become a genuine parking and traffic problem on Big 12 home game Saturdays. The stadium holds over 45,000, and by the time kickoff approaches, every surface lot within walking distance is full and the river bridges back up. Rideshare pickup post-game puts fans at the corner of University Parks Drive and MLK for waits that routinely stretch past an hour on packed game days.
A Waco charter bus rental to a Baylor football game solves this in the most direct way possible: the group tailgates together on the way in, the bus stages near the stadium during the game, and everyone loads up and leaves on a confirmed schedule instead of standing in a rideshare queue. For out-of-town fan groups driving down from the Dallas–Fort Worth area or up from Austin, a charter bus on I-35 is the obvious move. Check the official Baylor football schedule for home dates and plan your booking accordingly — game-day vehicles go fast, especially rivalry weekends.

Waco Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Waco's wedding venue market has expanded significantly in recent years, with options ranging from the open-air setting at Brazos Hall (700 S University Parks Dr, Waco, TX 76701) along the river to the historic stonework of Thistle Springs Ranch (3750 Tokio Rd, Waco, TX 76706) out toward the lake. Many of Waco's most popular reception venues sit at a distance from the hotel corridors along I-35 and Valley Mills Drive — which means guests without a clear shuttle plan are left figuring out how to cover 15–20 miles of Central Texas roads at night on their own. A Waco wedding shuttle bus running a circuit between the hotel block and the venue entrance keeps every guest on schedule and takes the navigation question off the table entirely.
For the wedding party itself, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the pre-ceremony run with room for gowns, accessories, and everyone who needs to be together. Call 737-243-1670 well ahead of your date — spring and fall Saturdays book out months in advance.

Waco Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Texas Hill Country wine corridor is roughly 90 minutes southwest of Waco, but McLennan County has its own growing craft scene worth building a full day around. Balcones Distilling (225 S 11th St, Waco, TX 76701) offers tours and tastings of its award-winning Texas whiskeys and is one of the most visited craft spirits destinations in the state. Brotherwell Brewing (108 S 8th St, Waco, TX 76701) and Bare Arms Brewing (512 N 15th St, Waco, TX 76707) are both walkable from downtown and anchor a solid afternoon pub crawl circuit along the Austin Avenue corridor.
A Waco winery tour bus rental keeps the group together across every stop — no rotating designated driver, no splitting the group into multiple vehicles, no arguing about who's okay to drive at stop four. For groups that want to extend the day out toward Clifton or Meridian for a Hill Country vineyard stop, a charter bus handles the distance comfortably. Get a quote at 737-243-1670.

How does this website work?
Roundrockpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.

A support team is available every day of the year if you want to talk through the choices or put together a custom package.
How much does a party bus cost in Waco?
As a general planning guide: a minibus typically runs $200–$275/hour, a mid-size party bus in the 25–30 passenger range runs roughly $250–$425/hour depending on the day and vehicle, and a full 40–56 passenger charter bus runs $200–$350/hour. These are planning ranges — actual pricing moves with your specific date, vehicle, hours needed, and seasonal demand (Baylor home game weekends and graduation weekends in May push rates higher and compress availability). The fastest way to see what your trip actually costs is to call 737-243-1670 or use the online form — pricing in under a minute.
When is the busiest time to rent a party bus in Waco?
Baylor football home games (September–November) and Baylor graduation weekend in May are the two biggest demand spikes in the Waco market. Prom season (April–May) runs a close third, with every McLennan County high school competing for vehicles in the same 6-week window. During those periods, vehicles book out weeks or months ahead and rates reflect the demand.
If your trip falls anywhere near a Baylor home game or graduation, book as early as you can — checking the Baylor athletic schedule before you plan is a smart first step.
Can a charter bus drop off at McLane Stadium?
Yes. McLane Stadium sits along the Brazos River at 1001 S Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, and the stadium approach uses MLK Boulevard and University Parks Drive as the primary corridors. Bus drop-off and staging areas are coordinated per event — Baylor Athletics manages lot assignments and road closures on game days, so checking the official Baylor Athletics facilities page before your visit is strongly recommended.
The key advantage of a charter bus on game day: you get a confirmed drop-off and a confirmed pickup window, rather than joining the post-game rideshare queue on MLK that routinely runs 45–60 minutes after the final whistle.
What's the best vehicle for a Waco winery or distillery tour?
For groups of 10–20 doing a Waco craft spirits or brewery crawl — Balcones Distilling, Brotherwell Brewing, Bare Arms Brewing — a minibus or a 15- to 20-passenger party bus is the right fit. Parking in downtown Waco on weekend afternoons is manageable for a bus working the Austin Avenue corridor, but juggling three or four stops in separate vehicles is its own coordination headache. For larger groups of 25–40 heading further out toward Hill Country vineyards, a full-size charter bus handles the highway miles comfortably.
Call 737-243-1670 and describe your itinerary — the support team can match the right vehicle to your exact route.
Does Roundrockpartybuscompany.com serve cities outside Waco?
Yes. The network covers the broader Central Texas region — including Round Rock, Austin, Georgetown, Temple, Bryan, and surrounding cities. If your trip originates in Waco but ends somewhere else along I-35, or if you need buses in multiple cities for a multi-day event, the same quote process works across the whole area.
See the full service area for coverage details, or call 737-243-1670 with your specific itinerary.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Waco?
At least 3–6 months for any trip tied to a Baylor event or prom season. Graduation weekend in May and Baylor home football Saturdays are the two moments when vehicle availability in Waco genuinely gets tight — and not just for party buses. Charter buses and minibuses in the Central Texas network get absorbed fast when 45,000-seat McLane Stadium is filling up.
For most other occasions — bar crawls, birthday nights, wedding shuttles on off-peak weekends — 4–8 weeks of lead time is workable. But earlier always means better rates and more vehicle choices. Call 737-243-1670 as soon as your date is locked in.
Popular Waco Party Bus Destinations
Waco packs a surprising amount into a mid-size Texas city — Baylor University, a National Park Service fossil site, a nationally recognized distillery, and a riverfront stadium all within a few miles of each other. Here's a look at the destinations that drive the most group transportation demand in the area.

McLane Stadium
McLane Stadium (1001 S Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Waco, TX 76704) holds more than 45,000 fans for Baylor Bears football and sits directly on the Brazos River — one of the more visually distinctive stadium settings in the Big 12. The approach roads, MLK Boulevard and University Parks Drive, see significant congestion on home game Saturdays, and the closest surface lots fill well before kickoff. Post-game rideshare pickup along University Parks routinely backs up 45–60 minutes as the full stadium empties at once.
A charter bus resolves both ends of that problem: drop-off before the crowds build, confirmed pickup after the final whistle. Check the official Baylor Athletics facilities page for current lot assignments before game day. Phone: (254) 710-1234

Magnolia Market at the Silos
Magnolia Market at the Silos (601 Webster Ave, Waco, TX 76706) draws well over a million visitors annually to what is genuinely one of the most trafficked retail destinations in Texas — a remarkable fact for a city of 140,000. The Webster Avenue corridor on weekend afternoons sees parking compressed quickly across the surrounding blocks, and the Silos green hosts food trucks, lawn games, and events that pull large groups from across the state. A party bus drop-off on Webster Avenue puts your group at the entrance without circling for parking, and the surrounding Silo District — within a short walk of several restaurants and bars — makes it a natural anchor for a larger Waco group itinerary.
Check the official Magnolia Market site for event dates. Phone: (254) 235-7369

Waco Mammoth National Monument
The Waco Mammoth National Monument (6220 Steinbeck Bend Dr, Waco, TX 76708) is a National Park Service site preserving the largest known deposit of Columbian mammoth fossils in the United States — 24 individual animals excavated from a single flood deposit. It's one of the most genuinely unusual natural history sites in Texas and a consistent draw for school groups, family reunions, and out-of-town visitors. The site sits north of downtown off Steinbeck Bend Drive, with on-site parking available, but for larger school groups or organized tours, a charter bus is far simpler than a caravan.
Guided tours run Tuesday through Sunday; Dig Shelter admission is $6 for adults and $5 for children ages 4–17. Review the official NPS site for current hours and group booking. Phone: (254) 686-0186

Balcones Distilling
Balcones Distilling (225 S 11th St, Waco, TX 76701) has become one of the most awarded craft distilleries in the country since its founding in 2008, producing Texas-made whiskeys that have won international recognition. The distillery offers public tours and tastings in its downtown facility, and it's a natural anchor for a Waco spirits tour itinerary that can extend to Brotherwell Brewing (108 S 8th St) or Bare Arms Brewing (512 N 15th St) within the same downtown corridor. Street parking on 11th Street and the surrounding blocks is available but limited on busy weekend afternoons, making a party bus or minibus the cleaner way to work through multiple stops without a parking hunt between each one.
Tour reservations are recommended — check the official Balcones tour page before your visit. Phone: (254) 755-6003

Extraco Events Center
The Extraco Events Center (4601 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710) is McLennan County's primary multipurpose arena, hosting concerts, rodeos, trade shows, and the Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo each October — one of the largest fairs in Central Texas, running approximately two weeks and drawing tens of thousands of visitors from across the region. The Bosque Boulevard corridor during a sold-out concert or rodeo night has limited street parking and a large surface lot that fills early, and post-event rideshare demand spikes sharply. A charter bus or party bus drops your group at the entrance and has a confirmed pickup point, which is a meaningful advantage over standing in a surge-priced rideshare queue in October heat.
For the Heart O' Texas Fair specifically, booking your transportation well ahead of opening weekend is advised — it's one of the busiest weeks on Waco's event calendar. Phone: (254) 776-1660

Cameron Park Zoo
Cameron Park Zoo (1701 N 4th St, Waco, TX 76707) sits on 52 acres along the Brazos River just north of downtown and houses more than 1,700 animals across natural habitat exhibits. It's a consistent first-choice destination for school field trips and family group outings from across Central Texas, and the zoo's location off N 4th Street puts it near Cameron Park itself — one of the largest urban parks in Texas at over 400 acres, with trails, picnic areas, and the Brazos River running along its western edge. On-site parking is available, but for school groups and large organized parties, a charter bus is far less coordination than a parent carpool.
The zoo is open daily; admission is $18 for adults (13+) and $14 for children ages 3–12. Check the official zoo site for hours and group rates. Phone: (254) 750-8400
